A very “thankful” crowd gathered at Stevenson
Elementary School on Wednesday, Nov. 20, for their annual Family Thanksgiving
Dinner. Families were encouraged to join their students for a special traditional lunch. The Students are always so excited when their families can be there with them, and the school and cafeteria staff enjoy seeing all those happy faces! Russellville Independent School District Food Service Director, Mrs. Lisa Cox, shared that 767 Thanksgiving lunch meals were served that day! A special THANKS is extended to Mrs. Cox, Ms. Stacy Irvan, Cafeteria Manager, and her staff for a tremendous job and delicious meal! Also, thanks to SES Principal, Mrs. Robin Cornelius, and all of the teachers, staff members, and volunteers who served and helped to make this event possible!
