A good crowd attended the first event sponsored by Stevenson Panther PTA on Friday, May 1, as they celebrated the Derby Glow Dance Party! All children received a piece of GLOW and were able to purchase more. There were prizes for the best Derby hat, dancing, snacks, pizza, and lots of laughing! All children were accompanied by an adult parent or guardian for the duration of the party, and it wasn’t certain whether the children or the adults were having the most fun! The PTA provided a great event, and they are looking forward to the upcoming PTA Sponsored Summer Festival on Saturday, May 30, 10:30-1:00 PM. All of Russellville and Logan County are WELCOME! There will be a $5.00 donation entry fee to the CLASSIC CAR, TRUCK, AND MOTORCYCLE SHOW and much more is being planned.
