After attracting scholarship offers and interests from a large number of colleges and universities, Senior, DeAndre ‘Pedro’ Bradshaw made his decision and announced it formally to a great crowd of family and friends in the RJSHS Library on the first day back to school, Thursday, 8/4/216. Pedro announced with a smile on his face that he has chosen to attend the NCAA Tournament participant Belmont University. Therefore, Pedro is Belmont Bound! Coach Phil Todd and Assistant Coach Ryan Davenport were instrumental in helping him during the recruitment period. The future for this young man is “bright”, and one day, we will possibly say, “I knew him when”…Congratulations, Pedro! However, as Mrs. Kim McDaniel declared, “first let’s have a Region Championship this year!”
