SES Volunteer Appreciation Luncheon, 5/16/17

On Tuesday, May 16, 2017, at Stevenson Elementary School, Family Resource Youth Services Center Coordinator, Mrs. Carol Kees, her assistant, Deborah Elliott, and Community Education Director, Penni Nugent, honored the Stevenson volunteers that work so tirelessly to help and assist SES students, teachers, and staff.  A delicious meal was served, thanks expressed, and small tokens given to express gratitude to each and every volunteer.  These dedicated volunteers help so much and perform just about any task given!  Many of their jobs consist of reading with students, being Lunch Buddies, wrapping presents, serving on Advisory Boards, and overall assisting with whatever event or need that arises.  If you would be interested in volunteering and making an important difference in the lives of Stevenson students, please complete and return a Volunteer Application that can be located and printed from the “Volunteer Handbook” on our website: www.russellvilleindependentschools.us, or contact either Carol Kees at (270) 726-8425, ext. 3113, or Penni Nugent at (270) 726-8405, ext. 4331.
