Taking Extra Safety Measures
The
RJSHS Faculty met with members of the Russellville Police Department to discuss
school safety as well as procedures and scenarios for lockdowns, threatening
intruders, and other situations during a school day. The entire school then
participated in a school-wide lockdown drill supervised by Officer Kenneth Edmonds and done during a class
transition time to simulate less-than-optimal timing for the drill. Students,
Faculty, and Staff performed excellently and moved with urgency during the
drill, displaying an understanding of knowledge of the steps to take in such a
situation.

asking that you please save your bottle caps from all Coke products and turn

state budget. Tops may be dropped off at the front office.
