Effective with the 2019-2020 school year, KRS 158.1559 mandates school principals provide, within ten (10) days of the first instructional day of each school year, written notice of KRS508.078, 532.060, and 534.030 to all students, parents, and guardians of students. These three statutes are attached for easy access and dissemination and involve Terroristic Threatening in the Second Degree, which was redefined by Senate Bill 1 (2019), and associated penalties.
