Preschool Open House, 8/16/18
A crowd gathered outside the freshly painted Kaye Wilkins Early Childhood Center as eager parents and excited preschoolers awaited their Open House on Thursday, Aug. 16. This new school year kicks off our full-day Preschool. They will begin at 7:30am and enjoy the day until car riders can be picked up at 1pm, and bus riders will leave at 2pm. Principal, Dr. Steven Moats, greeted each Preschooler and their family then directed them to their prospective rooms. Michelle McCloughan, Instructional Facilitator/Coordinator, was on-hand to assist with any questions, and as the students journeyed to their rooms, each Teacher and their Instructional Aide met them there. The Teachers will be: Tammy Duncan, Kacie Mason, Tanya Taylor, and Kayleigh Thomas. The Instructional Aides will be: Kelsey Cross, Leslie Harper, Felecia Meyer, and Irene Vargas. Monday, Aug. 20! Mrs. McCloughan ended the evening as she shared, “we kicked off Preschool with Open House where we met 75 out of our 94 students!”
