RHS Sr. Beta - 2nd Place, 11/04/17
On Friday, Nov. 3, Russellville High School Sr. Beta students participated in the 3rd District Competition at Bowling Green. The
RHS Beta Club Team placed 2nd overall against 14 other schools in a variety of competitions in Academics, Music
Performance, Art, and Craft. Not
only did the Panthers take 2nd place overall, they had numerous individual top
finishes. The students that excelled are: Quiz Bowl - 1st Place: Adam Williams,
Ben Slack, Austin Coursey, and Matthew Wilkerson; Name Tags - 1st Place: Luci Suiter, Skyler Hale, Madison Morrow,
Ti'Jara Hunt, and Carleigh Phillips; Science Division I - 1st Place: Rob Skipworth; Humanities Division II - 2nd

Mrs. Mullen said, “I am extremely pleased with everyone’s hard work coupled with their amazing talent. I can’t wait to see how they apply themselves at the state competition level in January”.
