Cassady Willson, newly hired College Coach for RHS!
Russellville High School is proud to announce, in conjunction with AmeriCorps, the hiring of Ms. Cassady Wilson as the new College Coach for RHS. Ms. Wilson will be working with students in grades 9-12 with a primary focus of providing students with individualized assistance with next-step planning for life after high school. She will work with approximately 15 students from each grade in the high school who are on-track to graduate but might be at-risk of attending college. Ms. Wilson will be a full-time asset to RHS and is a recent graduate of Murray State University. She majored in animal science with a minor in organizational communication. During her time in college, Ms. Wilson was actively involved in MSU’s agriculture and music programs. Ms. Wilson is originally from Monroe County, KY and brings with her a passion for developing accountability within students by shaping attitudes and enabling success through supporting student strengths. Ms. Wilson has a family of educators and is grateful for the opportunity to join the Russellville team. Welcome Ms. Cassady Wilson!
