Kentucky Bluegrass Awards, 10/18/19

Russellville High School English and Literacy Coach, Ms. Bethani Hargett-Slack, is excited to announce the participation in the 2019-2020 Kentucky Bluegrass Awards!  The Kentucky Bluegrass Award is our statewide student-choice reading program.  The mission of the Kentucky Bluegrass Award is to annually provide five age-appropriate book lists for the students of the state to read and vote for their favorite.  Each KBA master list contains a well-rounded list of books made up of quality, diverse, and high-interest titles.  All Kentucky schools and libraries are encouraged to participate in this endeavor to promote quality literature and recreational reading among all of our PreK-12th grade students.  We R Proud!
