RHS COLLEGE APPLICATION DAY
FRIDAY, NOVEMBER 8
9:00 A.M. TO 2:30 P.M.
Destiny O’Rourke, our KHEAA representative, will be at RHS
all day to work with seniors helping them all complete college
applications. Our goal for the day is for all seniors who plan to attend
a postsecondary institution to have applied by the end of the day. We
will have transcripts available for all seniors and application fee waivers to
those who qualify for one. Seniors will also register for the new
eTranscript system which will allow them to request transcripts electronically.
In addition, Anna Vied, the new Recruiter at Southcentral
Kentucky Community & Technical College (SKYCTC) will be available.
Her goal is to assist students with the transition from high school to
college by assisting students with the application process to SKYCTC(formerly
Bowling Green Tech).

· WKU Honors Luncheon (5 RHS Seniors will be
honored and recognized for their achievement by WKU.)
· RHS Ambassador Meeting—new ambassadors will be
announced
Wednesday:
· Sophomore Summit—all 10th grade
students will travel to the Logan Co. Extension Office to participate
Thursday:
· RHS Swim meet vs. Logan (Carpenter Center-5:30)
· 9th grade—Commitment to Graduate
w/Josten’s Rep (During AA time)
Friday:
· RHS College Application Day
· RHS Football vs. Kentucky Country Day (1st
round of Play-offs)
