Russellville High School Basketball Homecoming
Festivities was held Friday, Jan. 11, in the Jim Young Gymnasium between the
Lady Panthers and Panthers games against Franklin/Simpson. The Homecoming court consisted of Freshmen,
Kimmari Ferguson and Diego Rodriguez:
Kimmari is the daughter of Kim Morris and is a member of FCCLA and Pep
Club. Diego is the son of Leidy
Rodriguez and is a member of Spanish Club and Pep Club. Freshmen, Addilyn Cundiff and Dustin
Brown: Addilyn is the daughter of Stacey
and Rex Cundiff, and is a member of the RHS Marching Panther Band, Beta, FCA,
and Pep Club. Dustin is the son of
Allyson Fields and Kevin Brown and is a member of the RHS Soccer Team and RHS Basketball
Team. Sophomores, Cassidy Farwick and Xavier
Coleman: Cassidy is the daughter of
Misty and Kevin Farwick and serves as an RHS Ambassador, Sophomore Student
Council Treasurer, member of Beta, FCA, STLP, Academic Team, RHS Marching
Panther Band, RHS Cheer Squad, and is active in her youth group at First
Baptist Church. Xavier Coleman is the
son of Remonica Leavell and is a member of the RHS Football Team and RHS Basketball
Team. Sophomores, Chloe Shumate and
Austin Cross: Chloe is the daughter of
Anita and Jerry Powell and serves as Sophomore Student Council Secretary, FBLA Secretary,
and member of Spanish Club, Beta, and FCA.
Austin is the son of Doug and Valerie Cross and is a member of the Pep
Club. Juniors, Eliyah McCarley and Kaden
Boyd: Eliyah is the daughter of Natalie
Jenkins and is a member of the RHS Softball Team and Pep Club. Kaden is the son of Michelle Hudson and Lano
Boyd and is a member of FCCLA and Spanish Club. Juniors, Halle York and Parker
Jones: Halle is the daughter of Beverly
York, and is a member of FCCLA, Beta, Pep Club, and RHS Cheer Squad. Parker is the son of Tiffany Gough and Paul
Jones and is a member of the RHS Basketball Team, FCA, FCCLA, FBLA, and
ETS. Seniors, Aishah Dowlen and Ty
Collins: Aishah is the daughter of
Christina and Corey Dowlen and is a member of the RHS Cheer Squad and Upward
Bound. Ty is the son of Corrie Collins
and is a member of the RHS Football Team, RHS Basketball Team, and Upward
Bound. Seniors, Tonisha Hampton and
Carson Kash: Tonisha is the daughter of
Sonya and Tony Hampton and is a member of RHS Cheer Squad, Lady Panther
Softball Team, FBLA, and Pep Club.
Carson is the son of Holly and Donovan Kash and is a member of RHS Marching Band, Pep Band, Jazz Band, Chorus, Drama Department, and Young Republicans Club. Seniors, Deshala LeBlanc and Elijah
Kemp: Deshala is the daughter of Denitra
LeBlanc and has been a member of RHS Lady Panther Basketball Team for seven
years. Elijah is the son of Shanna Kemp
and SirRyan Davis and has been a member of the RHS Basketball team for five
years. The crown bearers for the evening
were Lauren Todd and Spencer Collier:
Lauren is the daughter of Leslie Todd, is in Kindergarten at Stevenson
Elementary, likes to dance, play basketball, and color. Spencer is the son of CoCoa and Reggie
Collier, is in the second grade at Stevenson Elementary, plays Jr. Pro
basketball, soccer and loves playing pokemon cards. The RHS 2019 Basketball Homecoming King is
Mr. Carson Kash, and the RHS 2019 Basketball Homecoming Queen is Deshala
LeBlanc! Congratulations!
