FREE Sports Physicals for 2019-20
Available to ALL RISD
students. On Wednesday, May 8, Russellville High School
Lobby, 4-6pm.
Any student athlete in Russellville Independent Schools may come
to the RHS lobby and receive a FREE sports physical for the 2019-20 school
year. Physical forms MUST be completed
by a legal guardian PRIOR to the physical on a KHSAA OFFICIAL Physical Form
