Russellville High School Book Clubs to host Literacy Event, 4/18/19

April is “Comic Book Month”, and our Russellville High School Book Club will be hosting a Literacy Event at the R21C on Thursday, April 18, from 5:30 - 7:30pm. They will provide free grilled hot dogs, chips, drinks, and snacks for students and families. It will be a fun-filled night. Games and literacy activities are planned for all ages Pre-K-teens. They will have book giveaways and a costume contest. Each student will get to choose 2 books to purchase from our graphic novel/comic book list. Please mark your calendars and stop by for a few minutes. Our Bookmobile will also be setup in the parking lot for families to explore. Our High School Book Club students have put a lot of work into planning this event. Shout out to the Sponsors, Ms. Nugent and Mrs. Fynboe, for their extra work as well.
