Good evening everyone!! I want to begin by congratulating
the RHS Marching Band and Band Director, Mr. Brian Brown, and Kelsey Harris
(RHS Field Commander) on a phenomenal performance during the regional
competition on Saturday at Hopkinsville. The band placed 4th
overall and secured a spot at next Saturday’s state competition in Louisville!!
These students work diligently through the heat of the summer and on a daily
basis to make our band strong and competitive! I couldn’t be more proud
of such a dedicated group of students!!!
I also want to congratulate the Panther football team on
another impressive victory on Friday night over Fulton City. We are super
excited and pumped for our trip to Mayfield this coming Friday night. I
would venture to say that game will definitely be a top game in the state that
night!
Report cards will be mailed home this week. K-PREP
student reports will be included in this mailing, in addition to other
potential documents. If you would like to schedule parent conferences
with teachers, please contact our guidance counselor, Kathy Vonlehman, to do
so.
