Elisa Hanley, Pupil Transportation Section Supervisor, announced congratulations to Amiyah N. Collier of Stevenson Elementary School as she has won the Kentucky 2016 Poster Contest for her category. She will be receiving a certificate, and her poster has been forwarded to the National Association for Pupil Transportation for the National poster contest. Amiyah is the daughter of Reggie and Ashley Collier. RIS Superintendent, Mr. Leon Smith, states this is a nice honor for Amiyah N. Collier!
