RJSHS Panther football players left Friday afternoon, 11/18/19, with a “send-off” from Panther fans to continue their quest for a state championship. Rather than disrupt classes in the middle of the day with a pep rally, it was decided to do something a little different to wish our players good luck. Panther fans held a RJSHS Football Send-Off. Our Panther Band played the “fight song” and led the procession as football players made their way from the lobby to the facility. Students and staffulty members lined the halls to cheer them on and wish them luck. As an additional treat for the football players, students were encouraged to write letters to the football players so they can read them on the way to the big game. To quote Greg Owens, it is Football Friday once again as OUR Panthers travel to Bardstown to take on the Bethlehem Eagles. We are playing for what could be our 13th regional title in our schools history. Go Big P!
