JROTC participated in obstacle and ropes course ribbon-cutting ceremony, 9/29/16

On Thursday, 09/29/16, JROTC had a ribbon-cutting ceremony for their new Leadership development, obstacle, and ropes course.  The RJSHS Panther Brigade, Superintendent Leon Smith, Principal Kim McDaniel, along with the Chamber members were invited to the event!   We want to express our thanks to Logan County Schools for inviting Russellville Junior/Senior High School students to participate in the program.
