Good Sunday evening to all! I hope everyone has had a good Spring Break and is
prepared for the final leg of this year!
The last few weeks leading up to spring break were filled with numerous assessments,
such as KOSSA, Work Keys, and COMPASS (mainly involving Juniors and
Seniors), in addition to many other activities. Our students stepped up
to the challenges and put forth a tremendous amount of effort in meeting the
high demands of these events. We are very proud of their hard work and diligence
in completing these tasks. These last few weeks of this school year will
be filled with multiple assessments events as well as other end of the year
activities. Please encourage your students to be at school and on time as
much as possible to ensure that they are as prepared as they can be for these
events.

May 23rd—8th Grade Recognition Ceremony 6:00
May 24th—High School Graduation 10:00
RHS Baseball
The players and coaching staff, in addition to many parents and fans, of the RHS Baseball
team spent their spring break at Fort Walton Beach, Florida. During their
stay, the team played 5 games in the Beach Bash Tournament. They finished
the week with four wins and one loss! Congratulations to this team and the
coaching staff on a productive week in Florida! I also want to acknowledge the parents and family members that work throughout the school year
to fundraise for this event. These individuals dedicate a great deal of
time and effort to ensure that our students get the opportunity to participate
in this event. I also would like to thank those of you who have supported
our baseball team by purchasing items and making contributions throughout the
year. Sending our students on this trip would not be possible without the
support provided by our school and community.
