Preschool students began their 2014-15 school year yesterday! Today, they were visited by members of the Logan County Health Department. LCHD representative Kathy Thweatt used the "Glo Germ" program to bring a memorable experience to these 3- and 4-year-old students. To demonstrate proper handwashing, Mrs. Kathy applied the Glo Germs lotion to each student's hands, and then asked them to wash their hands with soap and water and dry them with a paper towel.  She then used an ultraviolet light to reveal any places missed during the process.  (The attached picture shows the remains on one student's hands.)
