See You At The Pole, 9/27/17

Russellville Junior/Senior High School students gathered around their flagpole on campus to pray before the ring of the first bell on Wednesday morning, 9/27/17, to observe the “See You At The Pole” global day of student prayer.  RJSHS students joined thousands of students around our nation, all around the globe, and in every time zone, as they gathered at their flagpoles, praying for their school, friends, families, churches, and communities.  FCA/First Priority Sponsor, Tyler Arterburn, reported we had over 60 students to participate.  He said, “several students prayed for our country and our school as the JROTC raised the flag”.  For over 25 years, “See You At The Pole” has been about one simple act—prayer.  SYATP is still about students uniting themselves in prayer before God interceding for their generation.  It is a day committed to global unity in Christ and prayer for this generation.
