Steps for Using your Activation Key

This page is for parents who have completed the Parent Portal Agreement Form and received a letter from the district that contains your activation key.

(NOTE: if you have not submitted a Parent Portal Agreement Form, go back to this page to review how to get started.)

This letter will guide you though the online setupfor the first time you log on. After you complete this step, you will use the username and password you specify during setup for all subsequent logins.

STEPS TO BE COMPLETED JUST THE FIRST TIME YOU LOG ON

1. Click the link below which will open up the website in a new browser window:

At the top of the page beneath “First time using Campus Portal?”, click the CLICK HERE link to indicate that you have an Activation Key.

2. Enter the ACTIVATION KEY which was mailed to you.

3. Click SUBMIT. Note that this activation key is ONLY USED THE FIRST TIME YOU LOG IN to create your portal account.

4. You will then be asked to create a portal account. The next screen asks you to enter a user name and password to access the Campus Portal. This will be the credentials you will use in the future when you log on to the portal. We recommend that that you try to use the format of firstname.lastname (for example john.smith); however if the account is already being used by someone with the same first and last name, please put a numeral after your user name (for example john.doe2). Make your password something you will remember. After 5 failed log in attempts your account will be locked and you will have to go through a password reset procedure by contacting the central office.
