First Time Users — Activate Your Account

If  you have already requested activation by submitting a Parent Portal Agreement AND you have received a letter from the school district with your activation code and other logon information, click the link to begin the activation process.

 

First Time Users — Request Account Activation

Before you can activate your account, you must first complete a Parent Portal User Agreement.  Make sure you read over the Portal Acceptable Use Policy before signing the agreement.

You can mail, fax (270-726-4036), or scan and email your completed agreement to the district.

Once we have our completed form, we will verify the information and mail you a parent activation code and directions for creating your portal account online.  You will use this activation code the FIRST TIME you log in to activate your account.

After the initial activation, you will click the icon at under the “For Parents” link or you may also use the link above.

Where do I submit the Parent Portal Agreement?

The completed/signed Parent Portal Agreement form should be completed and mailed, faxed, or emailed to the Russellville School District Central Office.  You will be contacted with information on accessing the portal and an activation code once the completed agreement has been processed.

I don’t have a computer.  Why do I need a portal account?

If you have an iPhone, iPad, or iPod Touch, you can download the free app and get instant notifications when grades are posted.  The initial account setup will still need to be done on a computer.
